While updating marks, please be aware that
- You cannot modify a mark/grade which is already APPROVED.
- If you wish to make modification in marks, first de-APPROVE the marks and make changes thereafter.
- If mark/grade for a particular subject is entered afresh, you need to first de-APPROVE the marks (if already APPROVED) and APPROVE again after making changes
- Most importantly, you cannot modify mark/grade which is APPROVED by some other institution. Only the institution which first APPROVED a mark/grade shall be able to make further modifications
